Does LappyConnect work over the internet?

LappyConnect is designed for secure use on a trusted local network. Your phone and PC should be connected to the same network.

Which computers are supported?

The current companion application supports Windows computers. An Android phone is required for the mobile controller.

How do I restore Pro?

Sign in to the same LappyConnect account, use the same Google Play account that made the purchase, and select Restore purchases.

How do I cancel Monthly Pro?

Open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions, select Subscriptions, choose LappyConnect Pro and follow the cancellation steps. Lifetime Pro does not renew.

Where are received files saved?

Files received by the Windows companion are stored in the Downloads\LappyConnect folder unless the companion presents another safe destination.
